 The product is a new type strong adhesive, applied to indoor and outdoor wall paste of large-scale ceramic tile, grassing stone, natural stone material, modifies epoxy glue with features of strong adhesive strength, low stress, low dilatability, no bubble, quick set, proper viscosity and easy operate, resistant of grind, aging, cold-hot exchange.

Application Scope:
 
Mainly used for paste all kinds of paper tiles, mosaic and brick.
 
 
Surface Preparation:
 
1. The substrate shall be dry, clean and free of oil stain and other loose substance.
2. The substrate shall have certain surface strength, common evenness and verticality.
 
 
Operation Process:
 
1, Mix the tile adhesive with the water by 3.3:1, to be dump-free, standing for 3~5minutes, restir if necessary and ready to use.
2, Use a notched trowel to apply the adhesive onto the working surface, with approximately 1m2 each time, then press the tile stone on the substrate, and adjust the evenness of the tiles; pasting from the bottom to the upper is appreciated.
 

 
 
Cautions:
 
1, Before application, please check the situation of the substrate.
2, Better be used at 5~40.
3, In summer, when the temperature of the substrate is too high (≥40), wet the substrate with water so as to prevent too earlier shortage of water from affecting the quality of application.
4, Do not add water in the cured adhesive and reuse it.
5, Clean the surface of the stone materials with a piece of wet cloth 1~2 hours after the application.
6, If application of the adhesive is conducted on the ground, no entry into such area is allowed until 24 hours after the application.
 
 
 
Store Method:
 
Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
