Bathroom K11 Waterproof Slurry Concrete Polymer Mix 2.0mm

Features:

Application:

Surface Treatment:

1,The surface should be stable, clean, smooth, no dust, no oil, no shedding, and other detrital materials.

2,The obvious pores and holes must be silted up with the cement mortar, the sharp edges should be wiped out.

3,Moist the surface with clean water till there is no clear water before operation.

Operation Process:

1, Pouring the additives into the container, then slowly pour the powder and stir them into a uniform, no-powder and no-deposit paste.

2, During the operation, keep intermittent stir to avoid precipitation.

3, Mixed ratio:  A:for brush: 25kg powder + 7~8kg clean water;

                        B:for smudge: 25kg powder + 6~7kg clean water.

4, Using brush or roller to brush on the surface of the basic construction directly, do not leak anywhere. First  layer is for dampproofing, second and third layers are for waterproofing.

5,Ensure the direction of brushing being vertical and horizontal.

Note:

a, Using brush to brush the mixed slurry on the surface evenly and make sure no flaws and vulnerabilities.

b, When finishing the first layer of brushing, brushing the second layer about 2~4 hours later. It requires 2~3 layers for the waterproofing projects.
