Flexible Waterproof K11 Slurry Non Toxic For Underground Parking

Features:

1, Can be used on the wet surface of the basic construction directly.

2, Strong bond with the substrate, the active ingredient in the slurry can penetrate the pores and micro-cracks in the cement-based surface, and produce a chemical reaction with the substrate to form a crystal-integrated waterproof layer.

3, Can follow up directly after the slurry dried without a mortar layer.

4, Can be the waterproof both for the positive and back sides. Good ventilation and keep the surface dry.

5, Excellent aging resistance. Non-toxic, harmless, and environmental-friendly product.

Application:

1, The waterproof for indoor and outdoor concrete structure, precast concrete structure, mortar, brick wall and so on.

2, Waterproofing projects of hydraulic projects, power stations, factory warehouses, food storehouses, tunnels, kitchens, underground car parks, drainage and walls, floors, swimming pools, water tank and other mortar based layer.

3, Can be used as the basic layer for K11 High Flexible Waterproofing Slurry.

Surface Treatment:

1, The surface should be stable, clean, smooth, no dust, no oil, no shedding, and other detrital materials.

2, The obvious pores and holes must be silted up with the cement mortar, the sharp edges should be wiped out. Recommend to mix PB-03 cement mortar additive when repairing.

3,If the surface is dry,  moist the surface with clean water till there is no clear water before operation.

Operation Process:

1, Pouring the additives into the container, then slowly pour the powder and stir them into a uniform, no-powder and no-deposit paste.

2, Using brush or roller to brush the slurry on the surface directly with a horizontal and vertical direction to avoid leaking anywhere.

3, Mixed ratio: 25kg powder+9kg additive.

4, During the operation, keep intermittent stir to avoid precipitation.

Normal Amount:

For water proofing, the brushing thickness is about 1.2~1.5mm, and is about 15~20/flat.

(Note: the above amount is based on the smooth degree of the surface)

Cautions:

1, Do other covers after the waterproof layer totally dry.

2, For a better effect, do not operate under 5 or particularly damp and unventilated situation, if necessary, use fans to dry.

3, Never mix the dry slurry with water for second use.

Store Method:

Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
