Basement High Flexible K11 Slurry Waterproof Coating 1.5mm
High Flexible Waterproof Coating, consisting of high quality cement, high polymer, selected additive and liquid polymer additives. Mixing the powder with additives, forming a flexible waterproof layer, which bonding the concrete and mortar tightly and permanently, stopping the water. Can cover fissure less than 2mm.
Suitable for waterproofing of concrete, underground parking, tunnel, pipeline, bridge, basement, kitchen, balcony, washing room, swimming pool, water blocking, internal angle and external angle.
Features:
1, Good flexibility, can effectively inhibit the expansion of the underlying micro-cracks.
2, Can be used on the wet surface of the basic construction.
3, Strong bond with the substrate, the active ingredient in the slurry can penetrate the pores and micro-cracks in the cement-based surface, and produce a chemical reaction with the substrate to form a crystal-integrated waterproof layer.

Application:
1,The waterproof for indoor and outdoor concrete structure, precast concrete structure, brick wall and so on.
2, Underground car parks, tunnels, drainage and water supply pipes, walls, floor, roof floor, swimming pool, kitchen and other waterproofing projects.
3, The waterproof for the place that may appear slight vibration, movement, structural cracks and pipes, or the after pouring area.
Note:
Type I applies to non-permanent flooding and large displacement grassroots area.
Type II applies to long-term flooding and small displacement grassroots area.
Surface Treatment:
1, The surface should be stable, clean, smooth, no dust, no oil, no shedding, and other detrital materials.
2, The obvious pores and holes must be silted up with the cement mortar, the sharp edges should be wiped out.
3, Moist the surface with clean water till there is no clear water before operation.
Operation Process:
1, Mixing ratio: type I:25kg powder+18kg additive
type II:25kg powder+13kg additive
2, Pouring the additives into the container, then slowly pour the powder and stir them into a uniform, no-powder and no-deposit paste.
3, During the operation, keep intermittent stir to avoid precipitation
4,Using brush or roller to brush on the surface of the basic construction directly, do not leak anywhere. First layer is for dampproofing, second layer is for waterproofing.
Tips:
a, Dealing with the surface according to the requirements, cooling the surface with water slightly to reduce the temperature if under the heat and sun exposure.
b, Using brush to brush the mixed slurry on the surface evenly and make sure it no flaws and vulnerabilities.
c, When finishing the first layer of brushing, brushing the second layer about 2~4 hours later, the direction should be vertical for the two layers.
