PB High Elastic Waterproof Agent is the efficient polymer-modified cement-based waterproof slurry, which is developed basis on different substrates, adopts concrete, choiceness bone and polymer additives. The products are made up by dry powder and macromolecule cream additive. It has strong bond strength, flexible and unique antifungal effect. It is the good choice for modern construction waterproofing.
Features:
1,Can be used on the wet surface of the basic construction directly.
2,Strong bond with the substrate, the active ingredient in the slurry can penetrate the pores and micro-cracks in the cement-based surface, and produce a chemical reaction with the substrate to form a crystal-integrated waterproof layer.
3,Can follow up directly after the slurry dried without mortar layer.
4,Can be the waterproof both for the positive and back sides.

Application:
1, Waterproofing and moisture proofing for indoor and outdoor wall.

Surface Treatment:
1,The surface should be stable, clean, smooth, no dust, no oil, no shedding, and other detrital materials.
2,The obvious pores and holes must be silted up with the cement mortar, the sharp edges should be wiped out.
3,Moist the surface with clean water till there is no clear water before operation.
Operation Process:
1, Pouring the additives into the container, then slowly pour the powder and stir them into a uniform, no-powder and no-deposit paste.
2, During the operation, keep intermittent stir to avoid precipitation.
3, Mixed ratio: A:for brush: 25kg powder + 7~8kg clean water;
B:for smudge: 25kg powder + 6~7kg clean water.
4, Using brush or roller to brush on the surface of the basic construction directly, do not leak anywhere. First layer is for dampproofing, second and third layers are for waterproofing.
5,Ensure the direction of brushing being vertical and horizontal.
Note:
a, Using brush to brush the mixed slurry on the surface evenly and make sure no flaws and vulnerabilities.
b, When finishing the first layer of brushing, brushing the second layer about 2~4 hours later. It requires 2~3 layers for the waterproofing projects.
