Eco Friendly Wall Waterproofing Slurry Concrete For Basement

 
 PB High Elastic Waterproof Agent is the efficient polymer-modified cement-based waterproof slurry, which is developed basis on different substrates, adopts concrete, choiceness bone and polymer additives. The products are made up by dry powder and macromolecule cream additive. It has strong bond strength, flexible and unique antifungal effect. It is the good choice for modern construction waterproofing.
 
Features:
 
1, Can be used both on the positive and back sides, mixed with concrete, the service life is as long as the structure.
2, Can be used on the wet surface of the basic construction directly. Filling back 48h later, no need to brush protective layer.
3, Can fill the contraction crack under 0.4mm, the depth of penetration can be above 25cm, which increases over time. Also it can bear the corrosion of aggressive groundwater, chloridion, sulfate, nitrate, and most of the chemicals.
4, Detected by the health inspection CHA department and the New York MDDH U.S. EPA, approved as non-toxic products, which can be directly used in drinking water and food industry construction.
5, No particular protection when filling back or tying bar, strengthening network or other usual procedures.
6, When concrete, bricks, mortar and stone materials are in 100% compatible, it will not be isolated because of tearing, puncture or displacement of the joint.

Waterproofing Principle:
 
This material is based on cement, so it can bond with concrete effectively and can make silicate lattice change and recrystallized when mixing the inorganic substance. It can perpetrate into the concrete surface,improves binding power of the waterproof layer and the function of anti-infiltration. 
 
 
Operation Process:
 
1, Clean and moist the surface before operation, try to keep it under saturation state.
2, Ratio: powder: additive: water=25kg: 18kg: 1kg, mixing them with an electric mixer evenly (about 3~5min).
3, Wipe out the obvious water of the surface, clean the corner and other complex parts, then smooth the surface, the brushing direction should be horizontal and vertical with a uniform thickness. After the first layer dried make the next layer, 3~4 layers are the requested thinkness. For the special parts, cover non-woven fabrics or glass fabrics.

Normal Amount:
 
1, For civil buildings, brush three layers, the thickness is about 1.2~1.5mm, according to the surface, about 17~25/set.
2, Huge projects like metros, tunnels, dams, should brush 4~5 layers, the thickness is 2~3mm, according to the surface, about 10~15/set.

Cautions:
 
1, Do not mix too much, take half-hour usage amount as the standard.
2, For a better effect, do not operate under 5 or particularly damp and unventilated situation.
3, This is an undecorated material, a protection layer is required if driving of walking on the sueface.
4, Once did PB additives stain on skin, wash with clear water. But if the slurry splashed into eyes,rinse with water and then go to the hospital for treatment in time.
 
 
Store Method:
 
Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
