PB High Elastic Waterproof Agent is the efficient polymer-modified cement-based waterproof slurry, which is developed basis on different substrates, adopts concrete, choiceness bone and polymer additives. The products are made up by dry powder and macromolecule cream additive. It has strong bond strength, flexible and unique antifungal effect. It is the good choice for modern construction waterproofing.
Features:
1, Good flexibility, can resist the slight vibration and small cracks caused by any reason.
2, Can be used on the wet surface of the basic construction directly. No peeling and dropping.
3, Strong bond with the substrate, the active ingredient in the slurry can penetrate the pores and micro-cracks in the cement-based surface, and produce a chemical reaction with the substrate to form a crystal-integrated waterproof layer.

Application:
1,Comply with the technical requirements of the standard GB/T23445-2009 (JS -).
2,Used for dampproofing and waterproofing of industry and building structure with potential microcrack and damp environment.
Operation Process:
1, Mixing ratio:25 kg powder + 12.5 kg additives +about 1 kg water
2, Pouring the additives into the container, and slowly pour some water, then pour the powder and stir them into a uniform, no-powder and no-deposit paste.
3, Moist the surface with clean water till there is no clear water before operation. The surface should be stable, clean, smooth, no dust, no oil, no shedding, and other detrital materials.The obvious pores and holes must be silted up with the cement mortar, the sharp edges should be wiped out.
4, Using brush or roller to brush the slurry on the surface directly.Not to leak anywhere.
5, When finishing the first layer of brushing, brushing the second layer about 2~4 hours later. Ensure the direction of brushing being vertical and horizontal.
6, During the operation, keep intermittent stir to avoid precipitation.
7, Recommended to use Pinbang K12 Color Flexible Waterproof Coating, in alliance with anti-crack glass-fiber gridding cloth to process joint and nodes. Refer to the relevant product specification or inquire our technical service department to get more details.
Reference amount:
The thickness is about 1.21.5mm, and the unit consumption is about 2.0kg/ theoretically.
Cautions:
1, Multi-layer construction method should be adopted, construct properly according to the standard dosage. The thickness should be less than 1 mm, and the total thickness should be less than 2 mm.
2,Leveling layer should bond with concrete basement to get a good binding power.
3,After brush MB K12 Color Flexible Waterproof Coating, it must be well protected against rain, sunlight and the frost within 12 hours.
4,Do other covers after the waterproof layer totally dried.
5,Operating under 5 ~40 .
Store Method:
Store in cool and dry place, the storage temperature of liquid components is not lower than 5 , unopened product can be saved for one year.
